Student’s scientific commonwealth

Republican subjects contest has hold in February 2010 in KazGASA according to schedule adopted by Minister of education and science of RK by following 10 (ten) disciplines: "architectural engineering”, "Principles and process of architectural design”, "Principles and process of graphical design”, "Building structure I”, "geotechnics I”, "Engineering mechanics I II”, "Materials in woodworking”, "woodworking machinery”, "Technology of slabby materials”, "Technology of concrete I”, "Construction materials”

23 higher educational institutions took part in Republican subjects contest and students of KazGASA.

Total number of students was 277; they are 165 representatives of other higher educational institutions and 112 students of IEC KazGASA

Dividing students for disciplines: Architecture-49, Design-98, Civil engineering-79, Woodworking technology -5, Manufacturing construction materials articles and constructions-35

Republican student scientific conference "Student and science: view to the future” has hold in April 2010 by following 6 (six) sections:

3. Technical sciences -»Civil engineering”, "Construction materials articles and constructions”, "Engineering systems”, "Woodworking technology”

4. Technical sciences- "Geodesy”, "Life and environment safety”,

5. Economics — "Economics in Civil engineering”

6. Humanitarian and natural sciences — "Using mathematics and computer graphics for solving engineering problems”, "Applied research in physics”, "Physical education and sport”; "Kazakh language section”; "Russian language section”, "English language section”; "Social sciences section”

In Republican student scientific conference took part representatives of following higher educational institutions:

Total amount of students work presented at the departments are 448, 278 works of them were run to the next level of competition in KazGASA, 20 works of other higher educational institutions. Total amount of students work is 298. Dividing of students’ work:

Architecture – 54, Design – 33, Civil engineering – 61, Department of building technologies and management — 110.

Annual Republican students’ science research competition

According to the letter of higher and post graduate education Department, Ministry of education and science of RK, № 03–4/10400 (November 9, 2009) Kazakh Leading Academy of Architecture and Civil engineering (KazGASA) has hold students’ science research competition by following sciences: Natural, technical, social- humanitarian and economics.

Competitive commission of Student’s science research work by section of "Civil engineering, architecture, woodworking technology” adopted by academy affairs vice rector of base higher educational institution (11.02.2010) № 32 by 10 persons and by order №31 (18.03.2010) and signed by Vice president of KazGASA.

On the competition Student’s science research work 2009–2010 academic years for the following sections: "Civil engineering, Architecture, woodworking technology” arrived 74 works from the following 13 higher educational institutions. North Kazakhstan state University named after Kozybayev-7, Rudnyi industrial university (Rudnyi) -3; East Kazakhstan state technical University -33, Caspian state technology and engineering University named after Yesenov-2, South Kazakhstan State University named after Auezov (Shymkent) – 6, Karaganda state technical University -5, RGKP Taraz State University-1, Karaganda state University named after academic Buketov-1, KazATK named after Tynyshpayev (Almaty) -1, KazGASA-13.

Distribution by specialization: Architecture-21 works, Design-19 works, Civil engineering – 15 works, Manufacturing construction materials articles and constructions, gas ventilation, woodworking technology-19 works.

All presented works were sent for reviewing to high qualified specialists of academy. 61 of them were given to 40 teachers of KazGASA, who are well known scientist in the fields of architecture and civil engineering: doctor of architecture academical professor Sabitova A.R., candidate of architecture, academical professor Kisamedin G.M., candidate of technical science associated Professor Mukhamedshakirova Sh.A., candidate of architecture associated professor Akhmedova A.T.; doctor of technical science academical professor Baitursunov D.M., doctor of technical science associated Professor Zhuginisov M.T., candidate of technical science academical professor Zhakipbekov Sh.K., candidate of technical science associated professor Ospanov S.O. and many others.

For 13 works of KazGASA students, which were presented for competition has gotten 4 reviews from other enterprises compliance with the scientific direction of authors and recomendation requirements of organization and holding of students’ science research competition (Kazakh national technical university named after Satpayev, ltd "Tangif”, ltd "NUKO”).
