Weekday of the Department of Construction Technologies, Infrastructure and Management
1. Educational process: teachers Omirzhanova Z.T. and Kaldygozhina S.A. make preparations of students to defend graduation works in English.
2. The international conferences, seminars: teaching staff of the department has taken part at the signing ceremony of cooperation between KazLAACE and Woolim Kazakhstan company.
3. Teacher Mediyeva G.A. has received the nomination«The Best teacher of the year».
4. Teachers Taubaldieva A.S. and Zharaspaeva G.ZH.
successfully protected candidate`s dissertations.
5. Conferences, seminars, competitions:
- participation in Methodical conference at the KazEU of T. Ryskulov (Esenberlina D.I., Daurbekova S.Zh.);
- the article «Modern problems of seismic stability» by Esenberlina D.I. was sent to the International conference in Tashkent (Uzbekistan);
- the author's seminar on the theme: «Technique for organization of pedagogical practical training for postgraduate students» (Esenberlina D.I., Kaldygozhina S.A.) was held;
The following articles were passed for publication in the «Vestnik of KazLAACE» magazine:
А) «Perfection of ventilation and air conditioning of modern residential and public buildings», «Application of the new refrigeration supply aggregates» (Piak O.U);
B) «Semi-industrial tests of technology for the front wall ceramics on the basis of composition with mechanoactivated agent» (Zhuginisov M.T).
Materials have been prepared and collected for the “Vestnik KazLAACE” № 3 and № 4 magazine (Orynbekov E.S. and Ibraimbaeva G.B.);
C) «A role of human’s factor in the development of innovative processes in building» (Shagataev B.A.).

C) Magazine «Bulletin of NIISTROMPROJECT», №5-6, 2009 «Influence of the modified agents on properties of knitting substances and agents» (Aliyev B.Z.) and «Influence of the modified agents on properties of knitting substances and concrete» (Zhakipbekov Sh.K.);
D) magazine “Habarshi” № 4 2009. (KazNPU of Abai) «Possibilities of application of training software in higher schools» and «Interactive techniques with ICT application » (Kaldygozhina S.A.);
E) In Russian editions: «Problems of existing residential buildings’ seismosafety in Almaty» (Samakova Zh.Sh.) ;
F) Scientific magazine “Poisk” №2, 2010: « Pozzolanic activity of waste enrichment of polymetallic ores» (Shaltabayeva S.K.);
- book “Wood plate materials technology» was prepared for publication (Espayeva A.S.);
- academic competitions on the disciplines of department (teaching staff and postgraduate students) took place;
- teachers and postgraduate students took part at the «Innovative and high technologies in building industry» international scientific and practical conference;
- student conference «Student and science: prospection» (Faculty teaching staff and students of department);
- participation in the program of Erasmus Mundus information session. (КIMEP) (Mediyeva G.A, Nurzhanova K.A.);
- participation in scientific and methodical conference «Actual problems of natural and scientific disciplines», report: “Physical and chemical properties of polymeric materials” prepared by (Smagulova D.A.);
- methodical instructions for diploma project on specialty «Water supply and water drain» were published (Dzhartaeva D.K.).
The tests on disciplines were passed to the Ministry of Education and Science of RK:
- «Жылыту», «Желімделінген материалдардың технологиясы», «Statistics» (kaz., rus.), «Labor economics» kaz., rus.) (Auelbekov S.Sh., Espayeva A.S., Nurzhanova K.A., Islyamova A.S., Ilyasova K.I.);
Shagatayev B.A. is a member of design group of AC КAU, and also is an author of the competitive documentation for participation in tenders:
1. Examination of budget documentation for overhaul repairs of “KTZh” JSC objects.
2. Carrying out the marketing of prices for goods and services for “KTZh” JSC.
6. Department graduates database: - searching works for graduates of all graduates of DCTIM from 1997 to 2009 is going on.
7. Professional orientation work – for last three months department staff regularly participated in carrying out the «Open door weeks» at schools of Almaty and Almaty regions. Department teaching staff regularly spend professional orientation work; there were held meetings with schools children and administrative heads of the following schools:
№ 46,60,139,121, 3,59,130,93, 21,51,119,10,155,171, 149, 58; №1 in Kapchagai city, school of Kerimbekov S in Kaskelen, School of E. Kashaganov in Zhambylsk region Kurdai district, School in Koyankoz village, Almaty region, Ili district.
8. 26 March 2010 department teaching staff and students took part in competition "Miss KazLAACI".
9. Fair of Graduates in KazLAACI took place 15 April 2010.
