Comment:

Children of workers of the Academy who has worked from has worked from 3 to 10 year in the Academy have reduction as much as 25 per cent from tuition fee in case of entering to the Academy as a paying student, more than 10 year – 50 per cent;
Parents whose more than 1 child study in the Academy as a paying student have the following reduction for 1 child – 10 per cent from tuition fee, for 2-nd child – 15 per cent, for 3-d child – 20 per cent;
Foreigners tuition fee is increased to 20%;
Talented university entrant who is not able to pay for his/her education in the Academy may pretend to have the Academys Scholarship, i.e. he/she can study either here of charge or for 50 per cent from tuition fee in case of his/her confirmed excellent results in examination. (according to regulations of special scholarship «Scholarship»);
Students of the Academy have reduction as much as 40% from tuition fee in case of their studying in professional school of the Academy in courses of operator of computer engineering techniques or Auto CAD, workers of the Academy – 30 per cent;
Workers and students of the Academy have reduction as much as 50 her cent (at the expense of local trade union committee) in the place of rest of the Academy;
In case of paying tuition fee in a lump sum for a whole period of education (4–6 years) not late thane 5 days before starting 1-st academic year student has reduction as much as 24 per from tuition fee for one academic year;
Deadline of tuition fee for students of college. Bachelors/Magistrates: for 1-st half-year – 15 July for 2-nt half-year – 25 December;
In case of inopportune fee a student has to pay fine as much as 0,25 per cent from sum of debt for every overdosed day turning first 3 months, 0,5 per cent – during 4-hand 5-th month, 0.75 per cent during 6-th month, 1,0 per cent during 7 month, further the student will be dismissed and evicted from the hosted from the hostel.
