Available material and technical resources

Total area of academy’s corps for training and laboratory work is amounted 32372 square metres. There are sportive structures at the academy with area total 24188 square metres, two 940 placed dormitories with total area of 15409.3 square metres. At students’ house with total area of 11104.2 square metres free residing is provided for students, graduates, and post-graduates. There is "Saulet” restaurant at student campus for 520 places with total area of 3747.3 square metres. There were reconstructed students residence for Academy’s teaching and administrative staffs dwelling which amounts 126 official apartments with total area of 11 518,4 square metres. # 1 students’ house with 11 399,9 square metres area after major repair was reequipped for ITC primary training complex at KAU. There is 2171,3 square metres amounted base for students practice training and research in geodesy in the district of Fabrichnyi.

Study campuses are supplied with study-laboratory equipments and furniture, with necessary inventors which are clean and in order. Lessons are held in 264 auditoriums, 4 lecture auditoriums, 49 laboratories and 38 computer classes of academy and day-shift schedule on a base of department branches. Also there are 8 Coffee-rooms, 8 eminent and 2 model auditoriums equipped with special techniques for watching video-films, here are held lessons, defending diploma projects and different recreational activities of the departments. On the third floor there is a reading hall "Winter Garden” with total area 491,4 square meters, for 100 seat.

The covered sports buildings’ total area is 2878 square meters. Equipped with: two gymnastic halls, trainer hall, hall for wrestling and heavy athletics. There are a stadium with football pitch, jogging paths, sports ground which are full conformed to all necessities of study process. Above mentioned equipments allow to conduct sports-sanitary works in a proper level not only in academy, also in city and republic scales.

For providing medical service for students and employees of Academy was opened medical centre and aid post at the expense of finances out of government. The doctor’s consulting rooms are equipped for single-functioned doctor examination.

Medical examination for students is free with obligatory yearly making a fluorography. Medical employees systematically control of the hygienic and sanitary conditions of placement, where students are taught and live.

Provision of housing of students, including marital are 100 per cent.

The restaurant "Saulet”, café "Academy” and 2 bars for 866 places provide needs of students and employees. Directly conducted work by rejuvenation of computers and clerical aids. All departments are cabled, to this effect was made network with connecting to the Internet.

For the last year sanitary-technical conditions of scientific-laboratory building and Students’ house have considerably improved. Current repair is being provided using modern technological processes and quality materials.

Hard and soft equipments were completely renewed in Students’ house, scientific and office furniture gradually renovated.

Academy has provided great work in economical expenditure of budget and non-budget means in all objects of Academy.
